PBAT Primary

1. What is PBAT Primary? 

It is a plastic material that does not hurt on the environment and has all the physical properties that other plasticizing materials do not have. Can be used for production with conventional film blowing machines.

2. Physical of PBAT Primary:

• Melt temperature:115⁰-125⁰C 
• Melt flow rate: (190⁰C, 2.16kg): 1.8-8g/10 min
• Packaging: 25kg
• Store in cool, dry place    

3. Application of PBAT Primary:

Blowing film, injection molding, extrusion molding...

4. Shelf life and storage:

• Use within 12 months from date of manufacture under proper storage conditions (room temperature ~23⁰C).
• If the bag has been opened and partially used, it should be properly sealed and used within 3 months.
• During transportation and storage, the temperature should not exceed 70⁰C.
