1. What is Coffee Bio Compostite?

Coffee Bio Compostite is a material created from a combination of traditional PP/PE and coffee grounds, so it is capable of degrading into H20, CO2 and biomass, helping to reduce the amount of plastic waste, limiting the amount of plastic waste, environmental pollution control.

2. HLB offers 2 lines of bio-coffee:

  • Bio coffee ~35%
  • Bio coffee >50%

3. Characteristics of bio-coffee granules

  • Density: 1.10 g/cm3
  • Melting temperature: 1850C
  • Melt flow index (190°C/2.16 Kg): 8.5 g/10 min
  • Bio-coffee raw material has a round brown shape
  • Smell: light coffee
  • High temperature resistant
  • Safe in contact with food
  • Application of injection molding, extrusion, film blowing techniques
  • Preserved in dry, cool place
